What you'll be working with:
Overall responsibility for total operations within the technical area
P&L and personnel responsibility as well as development of operations.
Maintain good relationships with the customer and ensure the customer receives the agreed-upon quality.
What you bring:
Many years of broad experience from the service industry.
Documented leadership experience.
Very strong technical competence, preferably within assistive devices
A strong customer and operations focus.
Experience working administratively and with systems.
Drive and purposefulness.
Willingness and ability to develop yourself, your employees, and your operations.
