We collaborate closely with healthcare and other regional operations to create functional, safe, and stable facilities. Within facility operations, technicians, technical managers, facility managers, and the manager work closely together. The operation is characterized by many parallel assignments, work orders, and contact points, where collaboration, structure, and good planning are essential for creating efficient and well-functioning operations. The position is a permanent full-time employment, with start date by agreement. Responsibilities As an operations manager, you have a central role in daily work within facility operations. You are responsible for creating structure, coordinating efforts, and ensuring that work progresses efficiently. In the role, you will, among other things: Plan, coordinate, and follow up on daily work within facility operations. Allocate, monitor, and follow up on work orders, fault reports, and other matters. Support the unit manager in planning, meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up. Be an important contact point between technicians, facility managers, project managers, contractors, and operational representatives. Coordinate resources and contribute to prioritizations based on operational needs. Ensure that decided measures are implemented, documented, and followed up. Contribute to good collaboration and clear handoffs between operations, projects, and facility management. Follow up on recurring issues, deviations, improvement suggestions, and ongoing activities. Participate in developing common work methods, routines, and processes. Create conditions for structure, clarity, and momentum in the operation by supporting both employees and management. Qualifications We are looking for you who: Have a high school diploma or post-secondary education in areas such as administration, property management, service, leadership, coordination, project coordination, or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. Have experience planning, coordinating, and following up on tasks in an operational setting. Have experience with administrative support, documentation, meeting preparation, or follow-up of decisions and matters. Have experience creating structure, prioritizing matters, and managing multiple parallel workflows. Have very good experience working in digital systems, such as case management, work orders, documentation, and office packages. Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. It is advantageous if you: Have previous experience with operations management, coordination, project management, operations development, facility operations, occupational environment, or other relevant background for the position. Have work experience in operations management, team coordination, or coordinating roles without formal management responsibility. Have work experience in facility operations, technical services, public operations, or other operations with many contact points. Have work experience in improvement work, routines, follow-up, resource planning, or operations coordination. Have experience collaborating and communicating with contractors, suppliers, tenants, and/or operational representatives. Have good knowledge of English. Have a Class B driver's license.
