Lotus Maskin & Transport operates in demolition throughout Sweden, and we are now seeking a project leader for our operations in Northern Sweden. The business conducts projects in heavy demolition, light demolition, and core drilling, primarily in Norrbotten and Västerbotten.
As a project leader with us, you become part of an engaged team consisting of a department manager, work supervisors, project managers, and project leaders. Together with approximately 40 demolition workers, core drillers, and equipment operators, we work to deliver efficient and safe projects with high quality.

About the Role
As a project leader, you create the right conditions for our employees to perform their work efficiently and safely. You have a central role in daily operations with a strong focus on leading and distributing daily work on our projects.
Your work will include:
Ensuring efficient and safe execution
Monitoring project progress
Working with financial follow-up and invoicing
Contributing to and developing good customer relationships
The work consists largely of being out on our projects and ensuring that work proceeds according to plan. The work also includes administrative tasks such as project monitoring, invoicing, and planning. You will learn the projects and actively work with follow-up and improvement.
Business travel is common, and you will be based in Piteå, where one of our work supervisors also works.
As a person, we believe you have strong self-leadership and are communicative, driven, outgoing, and solution-oriented. We want you to have a Category B driver's license, and it is an asset if you have knowledge in construction law and BAS-U.

Recruitment Process
