Your assignment as work leader As a work leader, you have a central and varied role where you stay close to production, create structure in daily work, and take responsibility from planning through follow-up. You work closely with skilled workers, subcontractors, and other functions, and you are responsible for your assigned projects – from planning and execution to financial follow-up, documentation, and closure. With us, you have significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence how projects are planned and executed. You become an important part of operations in Ätradalen and contribute to structure, progress, and good results in daily work. Your main responsibilities Plan, lead, and follow up on daily production. Plan and coordinate resources, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Monitor projects, identify deviations, and ensure activities are carried out according to plan. Handle financial follow-up and invoicing. Apply relevant regulations and work according to current agreements. Document work in a clear and structured manner. Maintain ongoing dialogue and collaboration with skilled workers, subcontractors, clients, and other functions. Who are you? Your personality matters to us! You have the ability to create structure, prioritize, and manage multiple activities simultaneously. You are comfortable leading and delegating work, providing feedback, and addressing issues directly when they arise. You build strong relationships and understand the importance of close collaboration between skilled workers, subcontractors, and others involved in the work. You are action-oriented, take initiative, and have a business-minded approach. For you, it is natural to take responsibility for both execution and results. Requirements for the role: Class B driver's license. Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Experience working as a leader or in a leadership capacity. Ability to plan, organize, and follow up on projects. Ability to communicate clearly and build good collaboration with different functions. Merits for the role: Industry experience from operations, construction, contracting, or similar activities. Education in construction and civil engineering or other relevant education.
