Ref: 20261918 Job Responsibilities Kommunteknik is now hiring a supervisor for the Quarry. As a supervisor, you have personnel and workplace safety responsibility for the employees in your team and you report to the section manager. You also participate in the implementation of processes and the organization's continuous improvement. As a supervisor, you also work with transport coordination where you lead, allocate, plan and organize work and the need for transports and assignments in the group of drivers, machine operators and vehicles on behalf of the section manager. You also ensure that incoming customer orders are handled, coordinated, ordered, executed and delivered according to needs and with quality, environmental, time and cost efficiency. Your work tasks include registering delivery notes, general administration such as sorting and filing, minor calculation work and financial management such as invoicing and settlement with suppliers and more. You will also work with database updates of systems such as price lists and supplier registers. Each day ends with ensuring that the next day's scheduled assignments are planned. You are responsible together with the section manager for contacts with customers, drivers, machine operators and contractors, and you order trucks, machines and other items such as license plates, sheds, containers, small machines and similar. Your work also includes planning emergency readiness and ensuring customers' transport and machinery needs when called out to our various emergency operations. Work is scheduled during daytime hours 07.00-16.00. Qualifications We are looking for you with at least upper secondary education. If you have education in logistics, we see that as a merit. It is advantageous if you have a couple of years of experience working with transport coordination/transport management and have good administrative experience as well as experience with invoice management. It is also advantageous if you have experience working with an order management system similar to TBN, T5 and similar, which is digital where orders are sent out to units in the field. You have a B driving license for a manual transmission car. If you have a C driving license, we see that as an advantage. As an applicant, you should have great digital maturity, be able to handle the office package, and be able to work methodically during periods of high volume of incoming and outgoing order flow. You also have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Since you will be part of a larger context with close contacts with various actors, you need to be a positive person with a good ability to create and maintain good relationships. We consider it a great advantage if you have documented experience with construction and civil engineering transports, crane trucks, excavation trucks and to some extent contractor machinery from before.
