Your Tasks
As a supervisor, you are responsible for and work in the daily operations of the department, ensuring that every guest's experience with us always meets our goals regarding procedures, workflows, efficiency, and service. You are the department manager's right hand and the closest contact for team members on the department. Therefore, it is important that you can motivate your colleagues and be there for support when they need it.
One of your main tasks is to handle orders so that our shops are always well-stocked with goods. In addition to this, you handle the cash register, merchandise deliveries, and product display. Our shop offers a range of ski and winter accessories as well as a smaller selection of groceries. You will also manage scheduling and conduct employee meetings with your colleagues.

The role suits you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and like having many things going on at once. Your workdays are varied and you are in motion most of the day. The work also involves heavy lifting, for example during merchandise deliveries and restocking the shop. You don't need to know everything from the start. We believe in learning by doing. Therefore, it is important that you are curious, dare to ask questions, and want to develop every day.
Requirements
You must be comfortable with both English and Swedish languages.
B driver's license and access to a car.
Able to work both day and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends.
Meritorious
Experience with similar job tasks as described above.
