About the Role
As a work leader/production manager, you lead operations in close contact with both employees and customers. You actively participate in hands-on work and work side by side with the team.
By being a present role model, you create structure, engagement, and work satisfaction. You clarify goals and expectations, provide support and feedback, and help employees develop and take greater responsibility.
You are also responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality. The role involves regular customer contact where you identify needs, propose solutions, and spot upselling opportunities.
Your Main Responsibilities
· Actively participate in daily hands-on work.
· Plan, delegate, and follow up on work.
· Lead by demonstrating, supporting, and working together with employees.
· Motivate employees and foster engagement and accountability.
· Give clear instructions and constructive feedback.
· Ensure quality, efficiency, and a good work environment.
· Plan and monitor work hours, materials, equipment, and other resources.
· Work cost-consciously and identify deviations early.
· Maintain ongoing customer contact and build long-term relationships.
· Identify customers' additional needs and suggest complementary services.
· Collaborate with management on staffing, planning, and business development.

· Has experience in work leadership, production management, or a similar role.
· Has relevant practical experience in construction, landscaping and ground work, property maintenance, or related fields.
· Is confident, clear, and attentive in your leadership.

· Leads by being a good role model and walks the talk.
· Is solution-oriented and encourages initiative and new approaches.

· Has a B-class driver's license and can express yourself well in Swedish.
