Position: Picking Supervisor Are you a self-driven and engaged person with a clear sense of structure? Do you also have many years of experience in picking responsibilities and logistics with ambitions to develop the organization in this area? About the Position We are seeking a self-driven and structured Picking Supervisor for our picking department with experience in warehouse operations. You will play a central role in optimizing our picking process and ensuring efficiency and accuracy. As we are transitioning to handheld devices, it is advantageous if you have worked with this technology. Main Responsibilities: Lead and oversee order picking for customers, including grocery, refrigerated, and frozen services. Collaborate with the picking team to minimize errors. Handle incoming goods and perform other warehouse tasks. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience as a warehouse worker in a leadership position with responsibility for other employees or in a similar role. Driver's license (Category B) is mandatory. Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, as all safety regulations are in Swedish. Meticulous, responsible, and with strong planning abilities. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in both refrigerated and frozen environments.
