About Building Norrland
We build and renovate both commercial and public buildings as well as residential properties throughout Norrland, from Sundsvall in the south to Luleå in the north. The department consists of approximately 200 dedicated employees, both administrative staff and skilled workers, who together drive projects forward with a focus on sustainable and long-term solutions.
About the Position
As a construction supervisor with us, you work close to the production site on projects where structure, precision, and a professional approach are crucial. You lead, allocate, and plan work within your area of responsibility in close collaboration with the site manager and other supervisors. Together with dedicated skilled workers and specialists, you drive the work forward with a focus on quality, economics, and progress.
You participate in creating and monitoring schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and conduct work preparations together with the team. At NCC, you are offered secure employment terms, clear responsibility, and a role where professionalism, judgment, and integrity are central.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is calm and confident, who thrives and has experience in the role of construction supervisor. You are technically skilled and experienced at solving problems when circumstances change. For you, it is natural to work close to the production site and take responsibility in your daily work, even when it requires patience and a methodical approach.
You have a flexible and adaptable approach, work in a structured manner within given frameworks, and respect routines and protocols. Precision, judgment, and professionalism are a natural part of how you approach your assignment. We place great importance on your personal qualities such as collaboration skills, engagement, and integrity. You need good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Additional Information
The position is a permanent full-time employment. The role requires regular physical presence at our job sites, so we are looking for someone who lives—or has the opportunity to relocate to—Örnsköldsvik and the surrounding area. Our initial projects are within daily commuting distance from Örnsköldsvik. A Category B driving license is required as our projects are located where our customers are. This position will be subject to a background check in accordance with NCC's security culture. The department works on security-classified projects.
