Buskhaga Städ is a growing company that is now expanding further in Skövde. We are currently a small office with big ambitions and are looking for a work supervisor who wants to be part of developing the business and gradually grow into the role of site manager.
About the Position
The role will initially be largely operational. You will work with cleaning at our customers' locations, both independently and together with your colleagues. At the same time, you will provide close support to employees and contribute to structure, well-being, and quality in daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Perform practical cleaning work.
Lead, support, and motivate employees.
Assist with daily planning.
Introduce new employees.
Conduct quality inspections.
Maintain contact with existing customers.
Participate in customer visits and new project startups.
Identify customer needs and upselling opportunities.
Manage materials and equipment.
As the business grows and you become comfortable in the role, you will take on greater responsibility for scheduling, staffing, recruitment, personnel matters, work environment, quality, sales, and financial follow-up. The goal is for you to eventually assume full site manager responsibility for Skövde.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who is responsible, solution-oriented, and enjoys working with people. You are clear and attentive, and you thrive at combining practical work with leadership, customer contact, and planning.
Experience from the cleaning or service industry and previous supervisory experience are advantageous. What matters most is that you have the right drive, leadership qualities, and a willingness to develop with the business.
You need to have good computer skills, express yourself well in Swedish, and hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
