Your Tasks As a supervisor for our lift operators, you hold a central role, as lift operators are often guests' first meeting with our staff. This makes the department a face of Kungsberget to the outside world. It is therefore crucial that you have a clear understanding of what good service means and can coach your employees in the right direction. Inspiring and training employees is one of your primary tasks. Selected Responsibilities: Planning, follow-up, and development of operations and its goals. Inspire, engage, develop, and train employees in the department. Plan and conduct training as well as inform about procedures and working methods in the lift department. Ensure that daily operations function according to established goals regarding procedures, workflows, efficiency, and service. Some scheduling of lift staff. The position includes weekend work every other week and evening shifts occur. You are at least 18 years old at the start of employment. (according to minors' work environment, AFS 2012:3) Meritorious Experience in leadership and supervisory roles.
