About the Role
As an Electrical Work Leader at OTM Energi, you'll be the link between electricians, partners, customers and management. You'll be responsible for planning, leading and following up on daily work while also participating in installations and technical work in the field on projects.
The role is varied and suits you if you thrive combining leadership, technology and customer contact. You'll manage the company's electricians, coordinate external contractors and ensure projects are completed with high quality and good profitability.
Your work tasks will include:
Lead, plan and assign work for electricians and subcontractors.
Work practically with installations and troubleshooting on projects.
Handle support, warranty and after-sales matters.
Be the contact person for customers, contractors and suppliers.
Work on improving routines, deviation management and work processes.
Approve timesheets and purchases and assist with certain procurement planning.
Participate in workplace environment work and regulatory compliance.
Ensure the right resources are available for each project.
A large part of the role involves travel as projects are spread across several parts of Sweden. Overnight stays occur and you need to be comfortable with mobile work.
We're Looking for You
You have a background as an electrician and feel ready to take on greater responsibility. Perhaps you're already working as a work leader today, or you've long been the natural leader in your team and want to take the next step.
Must-Have Requirements
Electrical training.
Experience as an electrician.
Class B driver's license.
Good Swedish language skills.
Ability to travel for work and periodically stay overnight in other locations.
Merit Points
Previous work leadership experience.
Experience with personnel responsibility.
Certifications within the electrical field.
Experience as a compliance installation technician.
Experience from the solar or energy industry.
