Work Supervisor, Gothenburg
As a work supervisor at NYB, you have an important role in the daily production of projects. You work closely with the site manager and are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on operational work at the construction site. You are a central link between craftsmen, subcontractors, and project management, and ensure that work progresses according to plan. With us, you work within contracting and building services.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, and distribute daily work in production
Ensure work is performed according to schedule and established goals
Coordinate skilled workers and subcontractors on site
Follow up on quality, work environment, and safety in daily operations
Participate in construction meetings and maintain ongoing dialogue with the site manager and other stakeholders
Contribute to an efficient and well-functioning workplace
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Experience as a work supervisor or skilled worker with leadership responsibility in construction
Good knowledge of building technology and production experience
Knowledge of work environment and safety work (merit to have BAS-U/BAS-P)
Good collaboration skills and a committed approach
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Driver's License B
