About the role As a team leader, you're responsible for ensuring that our commercial cleaning services are always delivered with high quality and customer focus. You lead and follow up on your team's planned activities, ensure efficient work, and create a pleasant work environment with pride and engagement. You'll also have the opportunity to visit new potential corporate customers in the surrounding area and present our full service offering, build long-term relationships, and contribute to company growth. Your responsibilities Lead and plan your team's daily operations. Ensure quality and efficiency in commercial cleaning and extra assignments. Be present and supportive in operations, coach and develop the team. Visit new corporate customers and present the service portfolio. Handle complaints professionally and drive improvement efforts. Create a pleasant atmosphere, team spirit, and a positive work environment. About you You have experience in team leadership within cleaning or service. You are clear, motivating, and present as a leader. You have experience in planning, resource allocation, and customer contact. You have a drive to develop employees and operations.
