About the job In this role, you will have significant responsibility for leading and developing the daily warehouse operations at Flügger's central warehouse in Bollebygd. You lead and distribute work in a high-paced operation where orders are picked, packed, and distributed to Flügger's own and external stores – with a focus on efficiency, quality, and delivery precision. A significant part of the assignment is linked to Flügger's e-commerce (B2C) and product flow to customers in Sweden. Your profile As an operations manager at Flügger, you should: Be customer-oriented and have good interpersonal skills. Your communication ability makes it easy to convey information and guidelines to your employees and others in a clear and motivating way in both Swedish and English. Your background and education You have a technical education with experience in logistics and warehouse management, or you have acquired equivalent education/knowledge level in another way. You have experience from a similar leadership role with a demonstrated ability to lead and distribute work. You have experience with process management and LEAN. We require that you have good IT skills, speak and write Swedish fluently, and have good knowledge of English. You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and experience working in business systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX and SAP. Possession of a forklift certification and very good knowledge of the SAP (Warehouse) business system are highly desirable. Purpose of the operations manager role at Flügger in Bollebygd Lead and develop warehouse operations in a cost-effective manner, with a focus on ensuring high quality, delivery precision, and service. Lead, drive, and develop Flügger's e-commerce (B2C) in Sweden, including ensuring efficient and high-quality deliveries from the central warehouse in Bollebygd to customers in Sweden and other parts of the Nordic region. Drive and contribute to continuous optimization of warehouse processes, machinery, and equipment to create a competitive cost level combined with high flexibility and the ability to meet market demands for quality, delivery precision, service, and short lead times. Create conditions for effective communication and information sharing between different operations and countries and contribute to implementing and developing best practice. Ensure optimal utilization of operational resources, with particular focus on staffing, competence, and efficient work distribution. Optimize the use of warehouse space and ensure thoughtful placement of goods based on warehouse flows, efficiency, and accessibility. Be the natural and present leader in daily work and create engagement, clarity, and responsibility among employees. Be prepared to participate operationally in daily warehouse work yourself when needed to reach set goals together with the team.
