The company is now seeking a work supervisor to meet increased demand from our customers. As a work supervisor, your responsibilities include daily coordination of teams and sites under your management. You must be experienced in leading, driving, and coordinating operations. You will provide daily reports to management and compile weekly reports on deviations and other matters. The role also includes active fieldwork where you will lead teams of 2-6 people. The position involves some weekend work as well as evening and morning shifts. You must demonstrate that you are in good health, provide an extract from the criminal record registry, and have documented experience in grounds maintenance.
