Project Manager

About the Role
As a project manager at Peab Byggservice, you play a central role in our projects. You are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on daily work in production and ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
You work closely with the site manager, skilled workers, and subcontractors, and actively contribute to creating an engaged and well-functioning team where everyone works toward the same goal.
In this role, you will, among other things:
Plan, lead, and follow up on project production
Prepare work and assign tasks to skilled workers
Coordinate and follow up on subcontractors
Ensure that the project's schedule, quality, and budget are maintained
Contribute to a safe work environment and a positive collaborative climate
Be an important culture bearer and role model in daily work
About You
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in leadership and production. You are structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility. At the same time, you have a talent for building trust and developing good relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
We are looking for someone who has:
A degree in construction or civil engineering
At least three years of experience as a project manager
Good ability to plan, prioritize, and communicate
Ability to make decisions and see the big picture of the project
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Class B driver's license
It is an advantage if you have worked within Byggservice.
