Here, approximately 80 employees and five unit managers work together. We work in teams in an open office landscape with access to several meeting rooms and conference rooms. The building has a café and a reception area. All work takes place on-site and our customers visit here as well. The location is well served by bus connections and there are many fine cycling paths. About the role As a work supervisor within Arbos, you will be an important part of supporting our customers on their journey toward development, stability, independence, and self-sufficiency. You work closely with people, both individually and in groups, and lead the daily work at various activity centers within the municipality's operations. You become a person who sees possibilities, creates motivation, and helps each individual take the next step based on their own conditions. This is a role for you if you enjoy combining leadership, relationships, and practical work and are motivated by seeing others succeed! Here's what you'll do as a work supervisor: • Lead and support customers at activity centers, both individually and in work teams • Motivate, coach, and inspire people to develop and move forward • Plan and adapt work based on the individual's needs and set goals • Develop the operation and find new solutions that create opportunities for our customers • Ensure quality, structure, and productivity in daily work • Create and develop collaboration with other operations and actors in the customer's best interest • Contribute to a work environment where people feel seen, included, and motivated • Take responsibility for ensuring that work is conducted with quality and awareness of the municipality's resources. QUALIFICATIONS Who are you? We're looking for someone with at least a high school diploma, coaching and/or mentoring training, and experience working with adults. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as very good computer skills and proficiency with digital systems. It is a merit if you have experience with: • Similar job duties • MI training (Motivational Interviewing) • Working with people in change and development. You have the ability to see possibilities even when the path forward feels challenging, and you know how to encourage, motivate, and inspire others to believe in their own abilities.
