Site Supervisor for Grounds Maintenance About the Job We are growing and are now looking for a driven, structured, and committed site supervisor who wants to take on a key role in our operations. We primarily work with grounds maintenance for municipalities, housing companies, and private property owners. As a site supervisor, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on daily work across our projects. You work closely with company management and ensure that our team members have the right conditions to deliver efficient, high-quality work. 🧩 About the Role As a site supervisor, you are the link between our customers, employees, and management. You are responsible for daily work allocation and ensuring that projects are completed according to plan, contracts, and customer expectations. Our team consists mainly of grounds maintenance workers. It is therefore important that you have experience with or a good understanding of grounds maintenance, such as grass cutting, weed removal, trimming, cleaning, and seasonal work.
