As an employment consultant…
you work to support and guide people toward employment, education, or financial independence. You meet people with different circumstances and needs and help them take the next step through individual support, group activities, and labor market services.
In the role, you plan, coordinate, and follow up on services based on individual plans. You match participants to activities, internship positions, and employers, and collaborate closely with financial assistance, the Swedish Public Employment Service, employers, and other actors.
You develop employer contacts and create opportunities for participants to approach the labor market. Through workplace visits, follow-ups, and ongoing collaboration, you contribute to ensuring the right service is offered at the right time.
The work is varied and focuses primarily on individual support, guidance, labor market services, and employer contacts. You also participate in the operation's development work and contribute ideas regarding activities, work methods, and collaborations based on the operation's and target group's needs.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a university degree of at least 180 credits in social work, behavioral science, occupational therapy, or other education that we consider equivalent.
A driver's license is a requirement.
It is meritorious if you have experience in social work, labor market issues, or rehabilitation.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent; Start date: Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews are held on an ongoing basis.
