Learn more about our municipality at www.lekeberg.se The Social Services Department conducts a broad range of activities in elderly care, disability services, health and medical care, labor market and integration, and individual and family services. Role Overview In your role as work adjuster/supervisor in daily activities within LSS, you will work to create supportive and developmental environments for our users. You help people with functional variations develop their skills and strengthen their independence in everyday life. Together with an engaged team, you work to ensure the high quality of the operation and that each individual has the opportunity to live as meaningful and independent a life as possible. Responsibilities Plan and implement activities that promote personal development. Serve as a trusted and stable contact person for users. Together with colleagues, create a supportive and inclusive environment. Document and follow up on users' development. Collaborate with relatives and other professional actors such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and the Public Employment Service. Conduct assessments of support needs in working life. Outreach to external venues for participants in daily activities. Qualifications and Competencies Relevant education in social work, care, or equivalent. Education or experience in work adjustment for people with functional variations, for example education in supported employment. Experience working with people with functional variations is meritorious. Good communication skills and respectful treatment. Extract from suspicion and burden registers is required. Category B driver's license is required, and you must be able to drive. Engaged, attentive, and creative – you see strengths in every individual.
