Working Supervisor in Landscaping or Grounds Maintenance
Are you the person who helps both people and projects thrive?
Do you enjoy being in the thick of operations – where planning meets practical work? Do you have experience in landscaping, groundwork, or grounds maintenance and at the same time a natural ability to lead others? Then this role could be really interesting for you!
For our client, we are now seeking a working supervisor who wants to help create well-maintained, sustainable, and inspiring outdoor environments together with a responsible and engaged team. This also includes solid knowledge regarding winter road maintenance.
About the role
As a working supervisor, you are responsible for driving and coordinating work on site while also participating in daily tasks yourself. You ensure that projects maintain high quality, the right pace, and that the team has the right conditions to succeed.
