Job Description
As a nurse at SiS LVM-home Rällsögården, you collaborate with other professionals in an important public health mission to help the most vulnerable. Your expertise is needed and valued here. You are part of our healthcare organization and work across all our departments.
The healthcare organization consists of nurses, a psychologist, and physicians. Here you have the opportunity to contribute to quality care and treatment at the individual and group level through individual contacts and by educating and guiding treatment staff on healthcare matters.
You perform assessments of our clients' physical and mental health based on your professional role. You are responsible for medication administration, participate in rounds with physicians, contribute to treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings, and collaborate with external partners. Other common tasks include incident handling, documentation, coordination of care services, health conversations, and consultation and advice on healthcare matters to our clients. You work closely with other professionals at the facility, such as management and department staff, which requires strong collaboration skills.

For this role, you must have the following qualifications:
You are a licensed nurse.
Several years of experience working as a nurse.
Strong ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish.
B-class driver's license.
Meritorious:
Specialist training in psychiatry or experience working in psychiatry.
Previous experience working at SiS.

Employment
This position is an intermittent employment (hourly temporary position) as needed.
