We are looking for someone who understands that care work is built on ethics and morality. How we treat people says something about who we are, both as individuals and as professionals. Driving carefully in traffic, showing consideration, being honest, and taking responsibility are fundamental requirements to work with us. These are the same values as in care work; showing respect and compassion and doing the right thing even when no one is watching. You who apply to us are positive and present, both when meeting customers and as a colleague. You are reliable, step in where others leave off, and contribute to making the whole operation work. We believe in work ethic, team spirit, and pride - you show up, do your job, and do it well. The work involves personal care and support services in people's homes. Right now we are looking for someone willing to work extra as needed – day, evening, and weekends. Din & Min Omsorg is an established company with great joy and conviction. The company is owned and operated by Anna Karin Sandow and Linda Holmlund, who have both worked in leading positions in healthcare and care for many years. We take our mission very seriously. We want to deliver the home care service that we ourselves would want one day – with respect, compassion, and humor that brings us together.
