About the Position As a personal assistant, you will help the customer with what arises in their daily life. Personal assistance is a service under LSS (the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). Each customer is unique and work tasks vary based on individual needs. The work may include assistance with mobility, personal care, exercise and communication, as well as everyday chores and activities in and outside the home. You will respect the customer's self-determination and integrity and contribute to making daily life safe and smooth. At Humana, it is important that both you as an assistant and the customer feel secure in your collaboration. Therefore, all new assistants receive tailored introduction, both to the professional role and to the specific customer you will be working with. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is good at building positive relationships, has great commitment, is willing to take responsibility, and easily adapts to new situations. We are now seeking you who matches the following: will work for a man in his 30s living in Härnösand have a manual B driver's license (you will drive the customer's car as part of your duties) speak Arabic It is also an advantage if you: have experience with epilepsy have experience from similar work Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours and Employment Form The current employment form is "hourly employment," which means work as needed with varying hours during day, evening, and night shifts. Working hours are arranged in 24-hour shifts with 7 hours standby time at night or active time from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, both weekdays and weekends. Fixed hourly rate by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date by agreement. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old. Pursuant to legislation, we as an employer are required to request a criminal records check from all employees who will work as a personal assistant to a child under 18 years old. Therefore, you may need to present an extract from the police's criminal records and suspicion registers prior to potential employment.
