About Us Daimler Buses Sverige AB is a subsidiary of Daimler Truck AG and is responsible for sales and aftermarket services for Mercedes-Benz and Setra buses in the Swedish market. We have our headquarters in Vetlanda where we offer a modern facility with a full-scale workshop that handles service, damage repairs, painting, and supplementary assembly on new buses. In total, we employ approximately 80 people in Sweden, with about thirty of them working in our workshop. As an employee with us, you will have varied tasks in a company that values working environment, health, and safety. As we see increased demand on our service department, we are now looking for a vehicle-enthusiastic person (man or woman) who would like to join our team. We need reinforcement for service and repair of Setra and Mercedes-Benz buses. We perform all types of repairs: everything from servicing and replacing windshields to overhauling gearboxes. Troubleshooting is carried out using Daimler Buses' own system "Star Diagnos". The position will also eventually include on-call duties with corresponding compensation. We offer continuous training throughout the year provided by our own instructors. Your Profile · You have vehicle technical training and have gained several years of experience in the industry and/or · Technical interest and previous experience with heavy vehicle repairs, preferably buses, or equivalent experience. Training in refrigerants, tachographs, and alcohol interlocks is an advantage. · You have a B driver's license. A D driver's license is an advantage. · You have good computer skills. · You master Swedish in speech and writing. · You are curious and have a natural focus on possibilities and solutions. · You are open to new challenges and enjoy learning new things. · You are a team player and contribute to collaboration between departments throughout the organization so we can jointly find the best solution for the customer. · You are flexible and can support other departments as needed.
