Do you want to be part of our journey? 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES We are now seeking a coordinating care assistant for Munka Ljungbyvägen 43. The role of coordinating care assistant in Functional Support is a combined position involving care work as well as administrative work. Your main responsibility is to provide qualified administrative support to the unit manager and serve as our extended arm in relation to other staff in the operation. You are responsible for, among other things, scheduling and workforce planning during longer planned absences. You will also be part of a network for coordinating care assistants. We are looking for someone who appreciates order and organization and has an interest in continuously developing the work. The position involves day and evening shifts, and working every other weekend is included. The care work tasks consist of providing individually adapted support, communicating, creating a sense of security and strengthening users in their daily lives to maintain and develop their skills. Care services may occur. To succeed in your assignment, you are a person who: - has knowledge and experience within LSS - has high social competence with good self-awareness - sees treatment, trust and participation as important factors - is persistent, has patience and uses a low-key approach - has good ability to collaborate, internally and externally At Munka Ljungbyvägen 43 you will become part of a work group that works together with HSL and Rehabilitation staff, management support and unit manager in residential housing area 3. The work duties include using various digital systems, for example Time care (pool and MA), LifeCare, Self-service and Appva, so it is advantageous if you are familiar and comfortable working with and managing them. We work systematically with the work environment and continuously with quality improvement in order to provide users with the best care and create a good, safe and secure workplace for our employees. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: is trained as a nursing assistant, has studied the Children and Leisure Program with a focus on social/pedagogical work, Care and Health Program with specialization within the program focus functional disability or other education that the employer considers equivalent has experience in LSS, preferably experience in psychiatry and cognitive illness can perform delegated HSL tasks (insulin delegation) has experience in scheduling, staff management and coordination has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written You take responsibility for your own and shared work tasks with the operation's/users' best interests in focus. You take your tasks seriously, are careful to complete what you start, and ensure that work is done properly. You have an interest, willingness and ability to help others and you strive to put forward solutions. You are balanced, positive and observant in your approach. You are comfortable collaborating and you will have close cooperation with the unit manager and management support. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
