HR Dalarna is seeking engaged and solution-oriented production and industrial workers for assignments with our partner companies throughout Dalarna. About the Position Work tasks vary depending on the assignment and workplace. Common tasks may include: Production and operator work Assembly and repair Maintenance and service Warehouse and logistics work Forklift and reach truck operation Other practical tasks within production and industry The length, scope, and working hours of assignments can vary. Work may be scheduled during day shifts or shift work, so we value your flexibility regarding different working hours. Your Profile We're looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and solution-oriented. You enjoy practical work toward set goals and perform your tasks carefully and in an organized manner. Work can be done both independently and as part of a team. Therefore, you need to be able to take initiative while also being collaborative and contributing to a positive work environment. Previous experience in production, industry, warehouse, assembly, or maintenance is a plus. Forklift certification, reach truck certification, welding skills, and other relevant certifications or qualifications are also advantageous. Please mention your certifications in your application. A Class B driver's license and access to a car can be beneficial since our partner companies are located in different parts of Dalarna.
