Elite Hotel Mimer in Umeå is now looking for a new service star to join our wonderful team for breakfast service. This involves working both weekends and weekdays. I'm looking for someone who is cheerful and socially outgoing, and who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. You have a feel for great service and know how to work with guests to make them feel special and valued by us. You should collaborate easily but aren't afraid to stand on your own two feet. It's our staff that makes our magical breakfast Umeå's best, and right now we're looking for you—someone who is a morning person and can work both weekdays and weekends as needed. I'm looking for you to welcome our guests with a happy attitude and a smile on your face, as our guests are our number one priority, and who enjoys responsibility with freedom. I'm looking for you with an interest in personal service and quality in everything we do every day. Now we're looking for you who are passionate about service and hospitality, who understand that our guests' overall impression of us depends entirely on the care we deliver. You understand the importance of your presence, being there when the guest is with us, and supporting your colleagues in delivering world-class service. You are a team player and contribute to the hotel's continued development by promoting and actively participating in cross-departmental collaboration. You are a good communicator and you master Swedish and English in speech and writing. You are initiative-taking and proactive while loving to meet people.
