I am a sports-loving 50-year-old man living in a comfortable small house with a low-maintenance garden in the peaceful and beautiful town of Åhus. I'm now looking for you to work as a personal assistant and play an important role in making my daily life function well and safely. I'm seeking a temporary caregiver who can work as needed and is able to work overnight shifts. In your role as an assistant, you'll help me structure my day and support me with my household. The work is varied and can include everything from practical tasks in the home and garden to providing support with planning and daily routines. I'm a calm and friendly person, but I have a mental disability that sometimes causes me to experience auditory hallucinations. Therefore, it's important that you are attentive, patient, and confident in yourself. I want you to motivate and encourage me, as I need to exercise and move daily. Sometimes I can be difficult to understand, but I have access to a speech-generating device to support communication. About the Work Overnight shifts 08.00–08.00 6 hours of sleeping on-call during the night You'll be part of a small team of 5 assistants, several of whom have worked with me for a long time Who Are You? You are a reliable, responsible, and empathetic person who thrives in a service role where people are always the center of focus. You have respect for personal integrity and adapt easily to different situations. It's an advantage if you: have experience from psychiatry or care work are a non-smoker are at least 22 years old Important Qualities Sense of responsibility and patience Flexibility and punctuality Humor and commitment Personal maturity and respect for integrity You'll also need a driver's license for a manual car.
