We are seeking personal assistants to work on an as-needed basis with an experienced and dedicated team, many of whom have worked with this client for many years. The work is with a 23-year-old man with cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities who lives independently in a fully accessible apartment equipped with ceiling lifts. During the day, he participates in daily activities with his personal assistant and has an active leisure life. There are also days when he prefers to take it easy at home watching a film or listening to music. Work hours can be scheduled for day, afternoon/evening, or active night shifts, both weekdays and weekends. We encourage you to mention in your application which work volume and shift times you are interested in. Myrberga Resurs holds a license from IVO, is a member of the employer organization Fremia, and has a collective agreement. The assistance is based on well-established routines, and we offer all employees a thorough introduction and a personally adapted competence development plan. Since our founding in 2011, Myrberga has been run by Anna and Linus, and it is our son who needs assistance. We started Myrberga Resurs to ensure our son receives the best possible assistance to live his life, while also offering an excellent workplace and work environment for personal assistants.
