About the Role
As a Production Planner, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production based on capacity, demand, and delivery requirements. You work closely with production, logistics, procurement, and customer orders to ensure an efficient and well-functioning flow throughout the operation.
The role offers a varied day-to-day where you combine operational planning with analysis, follow-up, and development work. You become an important link between multiple functions and actively contribute to improving working methods, processes, and delivery capacity.
This is a temporary assignment with an estimated assignment length of up to six months. At the same time, a long-term recruitment process is underway with our client. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity for further discussions regarding a more long-term solution depending on the operation's needs and individual fit.
Your Responsibilities
Plan and optimize production flows based on capacity, demand, and delivery targets.
Coordinate planning between production, logistics, procurement, and customer orders.
Take responsibility for article maintenance and master data related to manufactured articles.
Follow up and analyze production-related data to ensure high delivery precision.
Identify and drive improvement initiatives within production planning and operational development.
Participate in projects and implementation of new products and processes.
Communicate relevant planning information to affected internal stakeholders.
Who Are You?
We are looking for you with experience in production planning or related areas such as logistics, procurement, customer orders, or production preparation. You have a good understanding of production processes and are driven by creating structure, efficiency, and results.
To succeed in the role, you are analytical, solution-oriented, and experienced at prioritizing in a fast-paced operation. You are communicative, collaboration-oriented, and thrive working cross-functionally where relationships and collaboration are crucial to success.
We Would Like to See That You Have
Experience in production planning or a similar role within manufacturing industry.
Good understanding of production flows and planning processes.
Experience with business systems, preferably IFS or equivalent.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Good analytical ability and experience working structurally with multiple parallel activities.
