Tukuma novada pašvaldības iestāde "Tukuma novada sociālais dienests" (reg. no. 40900035315) announces an open competition for a care assistant position (fixed-term - 1 vacancy) at group home "LAIPAS", Slampe, Tukuma novads: Requirements for candidates: at least secondary education; professional qualification certificate - care assistant; understanding of the abilities, skills and behavior of individuals with intellectual developmental disorders; ability to plan, manage and organize your work, communicate your opinion clearly and substantively; high sense of responsibility, ability to make independent decisions; excellent communication and cooperation skills; empathy in interactions. Main job duties: assist client in meeting basic needs according to client's self-care abilities; assist client in moving around the premises, ensuring client safety; supervise clients; when necessary, help clients maintain and ventilate premises; maintain shared spaces; supervise food preparation, serving, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning after meals; assist client in organizing personal belongings, change bed linens. We offer: work in a dynamic organization and professional team; salary from EUR 800.00 to EUR 954.00 per month, before tax deductions, within normal working hours, according to candidate's qualifications and professional experience; health insurance (with co-payment) after probation period; employer-financed accident insurance from day one; social guarantees.
