You'll be the customer's primary contact: you identify needs before the customer sees them themselves, propose solutions that create added value, and drive the dialogue that turns individual projects into long-term partnerships. We're looking for someone who Has experience working with Business Central – as a consultant or on the customer side – and feels confident taking significant responsibility for both delivery and relationships. Has a commercial mindset: you spot business opportunities in everyday situations, aren't afraid to suggest additional services and new solutions, and are as comfortable building a pipeline as solving a technical problem. Is genuinely relationship-focused – you build trust quickly, keep relationships warm between projects, and see every customer meeting as an opportunity to strengthen and grow the business. Is results-driven and comfortable owning clear responsibility for your customer's growth, not just for on-time delivery. Communicates clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, and are equally at home leading a sales meeting or documenting a solution. Responsibilities As a Business Central consultant with us, you'll work closely with our customers to implement, develop, and manage their business systems – while simultaneously helping build our business by capturing new opportunities along the way. Examples of your responsibilities: • Map out customer operations and processes to identify where the system delivers the most value • Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for customers • Customize and further develop the business system as customer needs evolve • Design and build integrations and add-on features • Lead and participate in both new implementation projects and ongoing development assignments • Provide advisory services on processes, system support, and new ways of working • Ensure quality through documentation, testing, and quality assurance of your deliverables Location Our customers are spread throughout the country, but we prefer you to be based in Norrbotten.
