We're now seeking a pharmacy manager for our thriving pharmacy in Burträsk, located in a health center area with many local customers. Here you'll become a central part of a wonderful team consisting of 2 pharmacists and 1 pharmacy technician. The pharmacy has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and we're open between 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday – which means weekend-free weeks! We offer a stable work environment where your contribution will make a difference for both the team and our customers.

The role includes, among other things:
Strengthen operations and create motivation and engagement in the team.
Ensure the best possible patient counseling and customer experience of the highest quality.
Manage finances, budget, and results follow-up.
Initiate and develop local collaborations and relationships in the local area.
Have full responsibility for personnel, work environment, and quality.
Ensure efficient staffing through effective scheduling.
Attract, recruit, retain, and develop employees at the pharmacy.
Lead and develop operations and the team toward set goals.
Promote participation and positive group dynamics at the pharmacy.
The pharmacy is open 08–17 on weekdays and closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
We offer a permanent employment on a full-time or part-time basis with an initial trial period and you report to Regional Manager Maria Fallström. Desired start date by agreement.
We're looking for someone who ideally is a licensed pharmacist, pharmacy technician, or has other relevant retail experience. Perhaps you have previous experience in a leadership role or are curious and ready to take the next step as a pharmacy manager with us. To thrive in the role, we'd like to see that you find it easy to engage others and contribute to team motivation. Since you'll be working toward clear goals, we appreciate that you're structured, positive, action-oriented, and solutions-focused. You'll have the support of a strong region and service organization as well as colleagues across the country.
