Responsibilities
As pharmacy manager with us, your primary responsibility is to lead the daily operations of the pharmacy toward established goals. This includes coaching and motivating staff to increase sales, operating the pharmacy cost-effectively, and staying well-informed about the local pharmacy's changing market situation. Your role includes budget and personnel responsibility as well as overall responsibility for the pharmacy's workplace environment and quality initiatives.
Pharmacy hours: Weekdays 09:00–18:00, Saturdays 09:30–16:00, Sundays 11:00–14:00.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone passionate about development—both of staff and operations—and achieving established goals. You are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, preferably with previous experience working in a pharmacy or another industry. It is a plus if you have prior experience in a supervisory role, but it is not required. We expect you to speak and write Swedish and English fluently. Additional languages are a merit.
This is a full-time position with a 6-month probationary period.

As a person, you are creative with a strong drive to develop and advance the pharmacy together with your staff. You enjoy providing guidance both in prescription handling and self-care, and it is important to you to deliver excellent customer service. You are thorough, responsible, and results-oriented, flexible with the ability to switch between different tasks without losing focus on what matters. As a person, you are also curious about development and have a supportive approach. You are driven by seeing staff grow while understanding the importance of creating a pleasant workplace.
