Your role as Pharmacy Manager at Hjärtat
As Pharmacy Manager at Hjärtat, you are responsible for results, operations, personnel, and pharmaceutical matters at your pharmacy. You lead your team toward achieving your pharmacy's financial goals. To reach them, you coach and motivate staff in their daily work and development. In this role, you contribute with your pharmaceutical expertise, engagement, and experience to better health for our customers and to the pharmacy's success.

For me, the core of our business is helping customers achieve the best possible medication use and health. In this way, we create satisfied customers and a winning pharmacy. The current Pharmacy Manager for Ullånger is stepping down, and therefore I am seeking a dedicated pharmacist who wants to continue running this valued pharmacy where we do everything to exceed the expectations of tourists from the High Coast region across the country and, of course, our local residents.
Here you have the chance to combine a quieter community pace with a management position at Apotek Hjärtat in the heart of beautiful Höga Kusten with proximity to the sea, islands, and the fantastic nature of the UNESCO World Heritage site. We welcome customers weekdays 9–17 except during lunch. The pharmacy is located in the same building as the Health Center, with which we have a close and very good collaboration. What is important here is to show high engagement for each other, our customers, and the pharmacy.
For me as a manager, it is important that you are genuinely interested in people, which shows when you meet your colleagues and our customers. In your role as Pharmacy Manager, you make decisions for the unit's benefit, both regarding staff and results. You work closely with our other Höga Kusten pharmacies. To support you, you will have me and a team of 15 competent Pharmacy Manager colleagues who share knowledge, experiences, and enjoy each other's company. Warmly welcome to Hjärtat region 2!
