Your role as Pharmacy Manager at Hjärtat As Pharmacy Manager at Hjärtat, you are responsible for results, operations, personnel, and pharmaceutical matters at your pharmacy. You lead your team toward achieving your pharmacy's financial goals. To get there, you coach and motivate staff in their daily work and development. In this role, you contribute with your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to better health for our customers and to the pharmacy's success. It's important to us to have fun together and to always support each other. Now I'm looking for a pharmacy manager who wants to continue leading Apotek Hjärtat ICA Kvantum Teleborg forward. The pharmacy is located outside ICA Kvantum's entrance in an expanding area with many students. The team includes one pharmacy technician and three pharmacists in addition to the pharmacy manager. The pharmacy is open 8-20 on weekdays and 9-18 on weekends. For me, it's important that you have a drive for sales but also for building teams and maintaining a good work environment. You see the bigger picture and work with other colleagues for the best conditions in the Växjö group. The position is a permanent employment. Are you the one we're looking for?
