About the role We are now looking for an engaged and knowledgeable employee who wants to take main responsibility for our flower department at ICA Maxi Stormarknad Luleå. As department manager, you play a central role in creating an inspiring and welcoming environment for our customers. We are looking for someone who sees this as your primary position. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the flower department Care and merchandising of plants and flowers Customer service and advice to store visitors Ordering of goods and assortment planning Work every other weekend and during certain major holidays We are looking for you who Have strong engagement and interest in plants Have at least one year of experience working with flowers or similar gardening products Are service-oriented and enjoy interacting with customers Can take independent responsibility and drive the department forward We offer We offer a stimulating workplace.
