Do you want to help shape how Familjebostäder digitalizes its properties in a secure, sustainable, and long-term manner? As Head of Digital Property Technology and Cybersecurity, you will have a strategically important role at the intersection of operations, IT, property technology, information security, data, and vendor management. Responsibilities In this role, you are responsible for developing and managing the company's work with secure integrations, digital property services, and property-level data collection. You contribute to strategies, principles, and decisions on how our properties should be connected, which technical solutions should be used, and what data should be collected. Together with operations, IT, and external partners, you ensure that solutions are robust, scalable, and secure over time. You work on questions and decisions regarding property-level digitalization within areas such as fiber, 5G, LoRaWAN, IoT, and OT, as well as digital locks and access control systems, energy, water and temperature measurement, and solar installations. You also have a central role in how data is collected, structured, quality-assured, and made accessible for follow-up, decision support, and energy optimization. Examples of responsibilities: - Develop strategies, principles, and technical decisions for digital property technology and data collection - Define requirements for and monitor integrations, APIs, data contracts, and technical interfaces - Develop structure for data flows, traceability, documentation, monitoring, and logging - Define requirements for and contribute to the development of property-level systems and connection solutions - Conduct and contribute to risk analyses and define requirements for IT and information security - Work with access control, incident and vulnerability management - Ensure and monitor security requirements in agreements, procurements, and vendor dialogues The role has many touchpoints and involves close collaboration with internal functions, operations managers, property-level roles, vendors, Intraservice, Framtidenkoncernen, Framtidens Bredband, and other partners. The role is both strategic and operational – you contribute to long-term direction and translate strategies, requirements, and decisions into working solutions in practice. Qualifications We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in IT, such as computer science, data/telecommunications, information security, networking, or digitalization, or equivalent competence through relevant work experience. You have 3–5 years of relevant experience in areas such as systems integration, integration management, data collection, IT security, OT/IoT in technically complex environments. You have good experience in defining requirements, monitoring, and managing vendors in areas such as operations, systems management, integrations, networking, cloud services, or digital services. You communicate fluently in Swedish and preferably also in English in technical contexts. You have solid knowledge of APIs, integrations, and security principles for technical interfaces, such as API security, OAuth2/OIDC, certificates, encryption, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting in property-level or technically complex environments. You also have an understanding of networking, segmentation, and secure communication, particularly at the interface between IT and property-level systems, IoT, or OT. It is a merit if you have experience in: - Cloud services, SaaS, platform management, or technical leadership, such as CTO or solutions architect - The real estate industry, property-level operations, or other critical infrastructure - Property technology systems such as digital locks, access control systems, sensors, energy measurement, alarms, video surveillance, or BMS/SCADA - Data collection, data warehouses, analytics and reporting solutions, as well as data quality, information classification, metadata, and integration architecture - Relevant frameworks in information and cybersecurity, such as NIS2 or ISO 27001/27002 - Vendor security management, such as through security requirements in procurement and agreements, risk assessments, incident management, access control, and vulnerability management As a person, you are strategic, structured, analytical, and security-conscious. You see the bigger picture, can weigh different technical alternatives against each other, and translate complex needs into clear requirements and feasible decisions. You are communicative, pedagogical, and collaborative and feel comfortable in dialogue with both operations and vendors. You have a good understanding of how digital solutions need to be designed from technical, strategic, data, and security perspectives and can contribute to long-term decisions regarding architecture, integrations, connectivity, data collection, and management. Additional Information The position is located within Market – IT and is a new role created to strengthen Familjebostäder's long-term capability in digitalization, integrations, property-level IT, data, and cybersecurity. Familjebostäder faces important decisions related to digital property services, technical networks, new property systems, data collection to data warehouses, reporting, AI, data-driven approaches, and increasing cybersecurity requirements. This role will be important in creating structure, direction, and security in that development.
