Equipment Operator/Concrete Worker

SWECC Swedish Construction Company has experienced significant growth over the past year and continues to expand. To meet the increasing demand, we are now seeking several dedicated and driven equipment operators who want to join and strengthen our team in Stockholm County. As an equipment operator with us, you will primarily work on the repair and maintenance of bridges and other concrete structures. The work is varied and includes earthwork and construction activities related to renovation, reinforcement, and restoration of structures. You will become part of a team where quality, safety, and collaboration are in focus. Your Profile To succeed in this role, you have an interest in the construction industry and the desire to do a good job. You are comfortable with practical work and have experience with machinery and tool handling. If you have training in construction and civil engineering, a professional certification, or experience with concrete repairs, that is a merit. Experience with blueprint reading is also a plus.
