About the position:
As an Analytical Chemist in LC-MS, you will be part of a well-equipped QC laboratory where analysis of raw materials, process samples, and finished products plays a central role in operations. You will be part of a team focused on trace element analysis and work with quantification and evaluation of contaminants in vegetable oils.
In this role, you will work with advanced analytical methods and contribute to ensuring high quality and reliable results. Analysis of, among others, MOSH-MOAH, 3-MCPD, and PAH-4 forms an important part of the work. You will also participate in method development, improvement projects, as well as support and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to develop in a technically advanced environment where quality, precision, and continuous improvements are in focus.
Responsibilities:
Perform analyses
Reporting and evaluation of results
Support and troubleshooting of instruments, HPLC, and GLC
Participate in and drive improvement and development projects
Develop and improve analytical methods
We are looking for you who:
Have at least higher education or university degree in chemistry or another relevant field
Work experience from laboratory activities, for example through full-time work, part-time work, or summer jobs
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is not necessary, but advantageous if you have:
Several years of experience with chromatographic analytical methods
Several years of experience with trace element analysis
