The Role — Varied, Technical, and Meaningful
At Wester Kylteknik in Norrköping, you work with industrial refrigeration technology at a high level. Your focus is ammonia systems for industrial customers in Östergötland, but you're not a narrow specialist locked into one track — here we help each other where needed, which means work that actually stays engaging.
You perform installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ammonia and cooling systems, preventive maintenance and service work, emergency repairs at industrial customer sites, mechanical assembly, and support in helping customers optimize their systems.
Working hours: Weekdays 07–16. Travel may occur. Some on-call duties are part of the role, but we don't have scheduled on-call operations.
The Person We're Looking For
We're not looking for a resume list. We're looking for the right combination of competence and attitude.
You are a certified refrigeration technician with solid experience in ammonia as a refrigerant — that's a requirement, not a bonus. You have good understanding of control and regulation technology, troubleshooting, and the ability to read electrical schematics and piping diagrams. A Category B driver's license is required.
It's a plus if you have experience with electrical work and parameter programming related to cooling installations, or familiarity with industrial customers and complex process environments.
As a person, you are solution-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and in a team. You like technology, are curious, and take responsibility without needing reminders.
