We are now recruiting several teaching assistants for teaching assignments at the Department of Computer Science.
About the Job
Your tasks will include laboratory supervision, grading of assignments, and in some courses classroom teaching (or seminars). We are looking for students with knowledge in one or more of the following technologies:
Python, C#, Flutter, React/React-Native, Java, JavaScript/Typescript, Linux/Unix, PHP, SQL, and HTML/CSS

About You
To be employed as a teaching assistant, you must be admitted to a higher education program at basic or advanced level. We are looking for someone admitted to a program at basic or advanced level at Linköping University (LiU).
Desirable qualifications include previous teaching experience and completed courses in relevant technologies. We also value completed academic courses, grades, and work experience that can contribute to a pedagogical and inspiring learning environment. Teaching experience in similar courses is an advantage.
Your Workplace
The Department of Computer Science (IDA) was founded in 1983, but our roots go back to the early 1970s. It is one of the largest computer science departments in Northern Europe. Our research covers a broad spectrum of areas, from basic computer science to applied fields. The extensive research also influences our undergraduate and graduate education, leading us to offer courses in multiple civil and technical engineering programs, as well as programs in innovative programming, cognitive science, and statistics. About the Employment
The employment is time-limited for the period the course runs (Fall 2) and you will work between 10-20 hours per week.
Start date by agreement.
Employment as a teaching assistant is regulated in Chapter 5 of the Higher Education Ordinance.
