Selling Distributor for Pågen in Umeå
Pågen is now looking for a Selling Distributor with a B or C driver's license to join Sweden's largest sales force – a strong and engaged organization that supplies fresh bread to stores and consumers across the country every day.

What does the role involve?
In your work with Pågen's sales force, your overall responsibility is to supply our customers and stores with our fresh quality products every day. You become part of an engaged team but work independently with the goal of driving sales in the stores you are responsible for. You will have a job that is both varied, dynamic, and fun as it includes a mix of sales and distribution tasks. You have many contact points, mainly with the customers you visit every day, but also with your colleagues. With a focus on business and results, we share the desire to improve a little bit every day.
• Visit your customers daily and sell and replenish our fresh products.
• Create conditions for good sales in the store.
• Plan and conduct sales activities/campaigns and follow up on results.
Who are you?
To succeed and thrive, you need to be sociable and enjoy a varied and eventful day where you take great personal responsibility. You are responsive and have an easy time building trust and are driven by working toward set goals and creating results. You need to be flexible and have good planning skills and structure with a focus on quality and efficiency in all parts of your work.
You communicate well in Swedish in both speech and writing, and the position requires you to have a B driver's license. If you have a C driver's license with YKB, that is a merit. We would like to see that you have experience in retail and sales work, preferably in food.
