EN Textil, which operates textile stores, real estate properties, and hotels, is seeking an employee who can help keep operations running smoothly. We're looking for someone who is energetic, cheerful, and flexible. Your days will be filled with varying tasks—no two days will be the same. The role is broad and you'll be involved in helping across multiple areas of the business. Your work will be to support owner Erik in daily operations. Your responsibilities may include: Handling administrative tasks in the office. Packing and managing goods for our stores, as well as delivering goods to stores in places like Skövde and Jönköping. Planning and executing centralized purchasing. Visiting our hotels, overseeing operations, and identifying what needs to be done. For example, purchasing breakfast supplies or assisting with practical tasks such as cleaning and bookings when needed. Visiting and overseeing our rental properties, and maintaining contact with maintenance staff regarding upkeep and repairs. Helping plan, coordinate, and follow up on work to ensure tasks get completed. This is a position for someone who thrives on variety, is solution-oriented, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. Thinking outside the box and being spontaneous are advantageous. You should be able to switch between administrative and practical tasks and enjoy taking responsibility in consultation with Erik.
