About Kry Health Center Älta
Hello! My name is Emelie Eisner and I've been the operations manager here at the health center for four years. Together with the assistant operations manager and medical advisor, we've created a workplace over the past year where development and learning are a major focus. We're a team of about 30 people where it's just as natural to ask for help as it is to contribute ideas. We enjoy working together and have fun at work. In Älta, we also have a home care service with around 80 registered patients and a child health center with approximately 700 children registered.
About the Role
As a general practitioner, you're responsible for investigating, assessing, and treating patients of various ages with varying care needs. The work is broad and varied—from acute assessments to long-term follow-up—and you work both physically at the health center and digitally through our platform. For us, teamwork is essential. You collaborate closely with nurses and other professionals to create accessible, secure, and medically high-quality care. At the same time, you'll have more than a traditional doctor's role. You'll influence working methods, contribute to development, and help shape how care is delivered—really.

The program consists of five levels where each step involves greater responsibility for patient caseload, mentoring, quality, and implementation of the Kry model.
