Your role
To thrive in the role, we believe you are organized, analytical, and solution-oriented.
You are confident in yourself, handle multiple tasks simultaneously with ease, and are
accustomed to prioritizing even at a high work pace. The operations are constantly
changing, so it's important that you are flexible and see opportunities in change.
You have an eye for detail and enjoy order and structure. At the same time, you are a
team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge to develop operations
together with others.
Your main work tasks will be:
• Manage daily service planning – both short-term and long-term.
• Staff operations during both planned and unplanned changes.
• Monitor, implement, and close assistance decisions to ensure each customer receives
the right services.
• Maintain continuous dialogue with customers, employees, case workers, family members,
and other partners.
• Work with social documentation, implementation plans, evaluations, and follow-ups.
• Make home visits to new customers and participate in the operation's digital development,
such as digital procurement, meetings, and training.
• Lead small team meetings with employees to review customer cases and work methods.
• Contribute to cost-effective operations with focus on the operation's resources and
quality.
Your skills and experience
• Experience in coordination or planning within home care or health and social services.
• Previous administrative work with understanding of staffing and scheduling.
• Good knowledge of social documentation.
• High school education, preferably nursing assistant training.
• Good computer skills and comfortable with modern digital tools.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Merits:
• Other post-secondary education
• Experience with systems such as Schemas, Medvind, Paragå, Lifecare, and good
knowledge of Excel.
• B-level driving license
