We are now seeking an experienced and friendly personal assistant with their heart in the right place for one of our wonderful customers. Our client is a man in his 70s who was diagnosed with MS several years ago. He has a great sense of humor and enjoys sports and good food. He uses a Permobil wheelchair, which he operates partly independently but with assistance outdoors. Our client needs help with personal care, hygiene, dressing/undressing, transfers, tube feeding, cough assist machine, and more. We are looking for someone who is positive, responsible, attentive, and has strong social skills. We prefer candidates with experience in healthcare and nursing care, ideally as a nursing assistant, and between 30-60 years of age. We work based on long-term relationships where personal chemistry is most important. You must be a non-smoker, vaccinated, and able to provide a criminal record clearance certificate if invited for an interview. The position is 75% full-time.
