Activities Manager at O'Learys Borlänge
About the position: We are now looking for an enthusiastic and engaged activities host at O'Learys Borlänge. As an activities manager, you play a key role in ensuring that our activities run smoothly and that our guests have an outstanding experience every time they visit us. The role includes evening and weekend work.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that our activities deliver a hundred-percent experience
- Operational responsibility for all activities at the venue, including bowling, shuffleboard, darts, pool, and arcade
- Ensuring that all activities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and order
- Greeting guests, handling bookings, and introducing guests to the activities
- Supporting the bar with basic beverage handling and serving drinks to the activities areas
- Responsibility for maintenance, restocking, and cleaning of all activities to ensure a high standard
Desired experience and qualities:
- Experience from service industries such as reception, restaurant, or bar with good cash handling experience
- Advantageous experience from previous work with bowling or similar activities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and work efficiently under stress
- Careful, flexible, and able to adapt to changing work conditions
